• Conducting property inspections and reporting on condition, inventory, and maintenance needs after each stay.

• Implementing our C.A.R.E. caretaking system for consistency across properties.

• Upholding the “plus one” culture by adding thoughtful, brand-aligned touches and personalized in-home details for guests.

• Acting as the frontline point of contact during stays — responding promptly to guest queries, urgent needs, or on-site issues (e.g., repairs, vendor coordination)

• Documenting and reporting on guest feedback, with clear suggestions for the continuous refinement of in-home standards and experience quality.

• Coordinating and overseeing specialty cleaning or vendor services to ensure seamless property readiness.

• Staging and presentation of interiors and exteriors before and after use.
