• Monitoring and noting purchasing trends to anticipate household and guest needs.

• Documenting and reporting guest feedback, with thoughtful suggestions for continuous refinement of in-home standards.

• Serving as the frontline point of contact for guest queries, requests, and urgent issues.

• Developing readiness schedules around lead-times, arrivals, and departures.

• Conducting property inspections, inventory counts, and detailed reports at check-out.
